Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of Ceramique.org and form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By accessing the site you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to mandatory binding arbitration on an individual basis — you waive the right to a jury trial and to class-action participation.

Your account & acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify the Company immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

You may not use the site to:

  • Upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content
  • Distribute malware or unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
  • Harvest other users' data without their consent
  • Attempt unauthorized access by any means
  • Build a competing service using the site's content or architecture

The Company may remove content, suspend accounts, or refer violations to law enforcement at its sole discretion. Feedback you submit may be used by the Company without restriction or confidentiality obligations.

Disclaimers, liability & general terms

The site is provided "as-is" with no warranties of any kind. The Company's total liability to you for any claim is capped at US $50. Third-party links are provided for convenience only — the Company does not endorse or control them.

Copyright complaints must be submitted in writing per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) and include your signature, identification of the infringed work, location of the infringing material, and contact details. Misrepresentation in a copyright notice carries legal liability under § 512(f).

These Terms may be revised with 30 days' notice by email or site posting. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance. All disputes are governed under arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association; claims under US $10,000 may proceed without an in-person hearing.
